Lorraine has been with the Commission for 10 years doing crediting and assisting in Land Acquisition. Her background is in engineering and accounting. She is responsible for reconciling the invoices of land acquisition for the 1200 parcels of property acquired for construction to meet the 25% cash match to the Federal 75% match of project funding. She additionally assists the Land Acquisition Agent when needed.

She’s been married for 46 years to Wayne, a Design and Structural Draftsman for SNC Lavalin in Hammond, Indiana. Lorraine has two children and two grandchildren.

Lorraine is active in the Elks Lodge # 1152 in Hobart, likes to golf and travel, enjoys family get-togethers, and with her bubbly personality makes friends wherever she goes.
